One of the stand-out hit speakers of the 2019 MAGIC Live! event was Mark Randall, former Chief Strategist and Vice President of Creativity for Adobe. He was the first speaker on the General Session and set the tone of the event for creativity and challenging us to think “inside the box” and create our own innovative magic. He knows his stuff as he was responsible for the creation of Photo Shop and PDF’s which we all use today. I am glad he gave his time to sit behind the microphone and share his talk plus additional ideas on this podcast.
Mark Randall is more than a creator but he was (and “is”) a magician. He was a Junior Member of the Academy of Magical Arts and he talks about his magical roots and mentors that led him to create the “Kick Box” which is like a Magic Kit that helps employees to be innovators.
