At last year’s “Magic at the Beach” convention in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the organizer, Charles Bach, asked his friends and fellow performers to participate in a panel discussion where they would recount some of their “horror stories” from the road. All of us have had problems getting to or from our shows or even during our shows. For the most part, those are not pleasant memories to remember, much less than to retell to a large group of magicians.
This week, John Shryock hosts a panel of magicians who “bare it all” by retelling some stories that were painful to remember and in some cases were just painful. Featured in this podcast are stories told by John Shryock, Eric Buss, Dan Harlan, Kerry Pollock, Charles Bach, and Greg Frewin.
